蒙汉男性青少年心功能、骨龄及血清睾酮水平对比研究

摘　　要：目的　了解蒙族与汉族男性青少年在心功能、骨龄及血清睾酮方面的差异。方法　对 1 2～ 1 5岁发育正常的 1 1 5名蒙族男生和 93名汉族男生进行心功能指标、骨龄及血清睾酮水平测定。结果　蒙族与汉族男性心功能、骨龄及血清睾酮水平均随年龄的增长而逐渐提高 ,符合青春期生长发育规律。蒙族男生上述 3方面的发育与同龄汉族男生比较差异无显著性。结论　生活在相同环境下的蒙、汉族男性青少年呈相似生长发育水平。Objective To ascertain the differences in cardiac function, bone age and serum testosterone between boy adolescents of Mongolian and the Han nationalities. Methods The indices of cardiac function, bone age and the levels of serum testosterone were measured among 115 Mongolian boys and 93 Han boys 12～15 years of age. Results Cardiac function, bone age and the levels of serum testosterone improved with age, it was in accord with the rule of adolescent growth and development, no obvious ethnic differences were found. Conclusions The levels of growth and development of Mongolian and Han boys were similar if they live in same environment.
