摘  要:目的 了解阜阳市在校学生预防艾滋病及性健康教育现状和需求 ,为进一步开展艾滋病、性健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法 根据阜阳市经济、文化及教育的高、中、低水平采取整群分层抽样的方法 ,抽取有代表性的学校 33所 ,问卷调查大、中、小学生 3 493名。结果 学生艾滋病知识知晓率小学为 37.98%、初中为 50 .0 8%、高中为 62 .66 %、中专 (技校 )为 61 .43 %、大专为 68.47%、大学为84.1 4 %。知晓率随年级增长而增高 ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。在大中专学生中有 7.2 8%的学生对婚前性行为持赞同态度 ,其中男生 1 2 .5 %、女生 2 .41 % ,男生高于女生。差异有非常显著性 (χ2 =1 1 6 .99,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 根据各级各类学生特点 ,结合他们的知识需求 ,适时、适量、适度地进行预防艾滋病健康知识教育干预 ,是防止艾滋病传播的主要措施。Objective To understand the requirements of students for AIDS prevention and sexual health education, and to provide basis for developing AIDS interventions and sexual health education. Methods According to the levels of economy, culture and education, 33 universities, colleges and schools were drawn with a stratified cluster random sampling method, 3493 students were surveyed with a questionnaire. Results The percentage of students who had got knowledge regarding AIDS was 37.98%(primary school students), 50.08%(junior high school students), 62.66%(senior high school students), 61.43%(technical secondary school students), 68.47%(junior college students) and 84.14%(college students), the percentage increased with age( P <0.001). Among students studied at technical secondary schools, junior colleges and colleges, 7.28% approved of premarital sexual behaviors, males had a higher rate than girls (12.50% vs. 2.41%, χ 2=116.99, P <0.001). Conclusions It is an important measure for preventing AIDS from dissemination to provide health education focuses on knowledge regarding AIDS timely, advisably and moderately.
