摘  要:研究了通过化学气相扩渗稀土方法提高 1Cr18Ni9钢表面耐腐蚀性能的作用。结果表明 ,经过 6 5 %硝酸腐蚀三个周期试验 ,扩渗稀土试样质量损失腐蚀速率明显减小 ;阳极极化曲线的测定结果证明了扩渗稀土后的试样临界钝化电流密度和稳定钝态下溶解电流密度降低 ,钝态电位区间加宽。经扩渗稀土处理的 1Cr18Ni9钢晶界和晶内元素铬含量趋于一致 ,不存在贫铬区 ,耐腐蚀性能显著提高。The research aims at the effect of RE gas-phase permeation treatment on the surface corrosion resistance of 1Cr18Ni9 After three period tests on the treated sample, the results show that in 65% HNO 3 solution both the mass loss and the corrosion rate are decreased dramatically Anode polarization test confirms the dropping of the critical passivation current density, the decreasing of the dissolution current density at the stationary passivation stage, and the widening of the passivation potential range After the treatment the distribution of Cr along the grain boundary and within the grain is uniform, which results in the disappearance of lean-Cr zone, and consequently the corrosion resistance has been increased obviously
