摘　　要：建立了愈创木酚的气相色谱分析方法 ,用SE - 30做固定相 ,酸化硅烷化硅藻土做担体 ,氢气做载气 ,热导检测器分析邻苯二酚甲基化合成愈创木酚的产物 ,方法的回收率为 1.0 6 % ,相对标准偏差在 3.42 %以内 .A gas chromatography analysis (GC) method has been dev el oped for the analysis of guaiacol. Determination is carried out under the follow ing conditions: packed column; stationary phase: SE-30; carrier gas ,H 2 ; flow rate, 30 mL/min; TCD detector .The recovery is 95%～99% and the relative stand ard deviation is less than 1.8%. The method proves simple, easy and rapidly.
