摘 要:将 L阀用于 Geldart- B及 Geldart- D类颗粒的气力输送过程中 ,取代传统的流化给料器。实验发现 ,这种结构简单的非机械阀可以很方便地控制颗粒的发送量 ,发送压降小 ,便于控制。气力输送装置高约 18m,管径 5 0 mm,接近工业中试的规模。An experimental study of L-valve used in pneumatic conveying of Geldart-D and Geldart-B powder in a vertical pipe of height 18m and internal diameter 0.05m were completed. In the pneumatic conveying system, the traditional fluidized bed feeder is substituted by the L-valve. The results of the experiments showed that compared with fluidized bed feeder, L-valve, a simple non-mechanical valve, can regulate the mass rate of particle flow more easily and the pressure drop of the transport is reduced. The mass rate of particle flow can be estimated by the following equation. Ga=11.88dp-0.55Qext-0.210 7d p1.5ρa1.4. The minimal mass rate of gas of the L-valve and the pressure drop of the L-valve are also given.
