摘  要:依据灰色关联分析的原理 ,编制了计算机程序 ,并分析了某气田 1 1口气井腐蚀的主要影响因素。结果表明 ,流速、CO2 分压、产出水中HCO- 3离子含量等因素对腐蚀有显著的影响 ,并探讨了这些因素对腐蚀的具体影响。腐蚀速度vc 的对数与流速v以及二氧化碳分压 pCO2 的对数之间分别存在着线性关系 ,HCO- 3离子对腐蚀有促进作用。It is very necessary to determine the factors which significantly influence the corrosion of mild steel in gas wells. Compared to classical statistical methods, the grey relational analysis makes use of relatively small data to arrive at salient relationships in the complex system. The procedure of the relational analysis was introduced in this paper and a computer program was constructed to determine these important factors. The results showed that the gas velocity ( v ), the CO 2 partial pressure and the content of HCO - 3 ion in produced water had marked influence on corrosion. The logarithm of the corrosion rate increased linearly with the logarithm of gas velocity and CO 2 partial pressure respectively, and the corrosion was enhanced by HCO - 3 ion.
