生态工业园区环境管理信息系统开发及河流污染事故源的分析

摘　　要：以生态工业园区为背景 ,采用先进的基于Internet技术和数据库技术的浏览器 /服务器 (Browser/Server,B/S)结构模式 ,通过数据库设计和功能模块设计 ,完成了生态工业园区环境管理信息系统的开发设计。根据实际要求 ,提出了河流污染事故源的分析模型和综合评价指数 ,并应用数据库中的数据进行检测 。Based on the concept of Eco Industrial Park, Environmental Management Information System (EMIS) of Eco Industrial Park is developed through the processes of database and function modules design, using the Browser/Server method. Mathematic model addresses for analyzing the source of pollution accident in the river. The evaluate index presented in this dissertation can be used in quantitative analysis. A case study shows the effectiveness of the model.
