摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法对斯帕沙星注射液中的主成分进行定量分析。色谱条件 :色谱柱为美国Waters公司的SymmetryC18(5 μm ,15 0mm× 3 9mmi d )不锈钢柱 ,检测波长为 2 98 8nm ,柱温 30℃ ,流动相为 0 2 %KH2 PO4缓冲液 (pH 3 2 ) CH3 CN CH3 OH(体积比为 80∶15∶5 )的混合溶液 ,进样量为 10 μL ,流速为 1 0mL/min。在该色谱条件下的测定结果是 :以斯帕沙星峰计算柱效为 15 30 0理论板数 /m ;斯帕沙星的线性范围为 39 94mg/L~ 199 6 8mg/L ,相关系数r =0 9999;平均加样回收率为 10 0 1% ,RSD为 0 72 % ;连续进样、日内进样和日间进样所得检测结果的RSD分别为 0 19% ,0 14%和 0 13%。该方法具有快速灵敏、准确实用、重现性好等特点。Analytical method of the quantitative determination of sparfloxacin injection by HPLC is described The analytical conditions were as follows A Waters Symmetry C 18 (5 μm,150 mm×3 9 mm i d ) column was used as the analytical column The detection wavelength was UV 298 8 nm The column temperature was 30 ℃ The mobile phase was 0 2%KH 2PO 4 buffer (pH 3 2) CH 3CN CH 3OH (80∶15∶5,volume ratio) and the flow rate was 1 0 mL/min The injection volume was 10 μL The linear range (the peak area vs. the mass concentration of sparfloxacin) was from 39 94 mg/L to 199 68 mg/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0 999?9 . The average recovery of sparfloxacin was 100 1% ( n =5), and its RSD was 0 72% The RSDs of continuous injections, within day injections per 2 hours and between day injections in three days were 0 19%, 0 14% and 0 13% respectively The above analytical results show that this method has good precision and stability It is a rapid, sensitive and accurate method for the analysis of sparfloxacin
