薄带钢铸轧电磁侧封装置及其参数设计

摘　　要：对薄带钢双辊铸轧电磁侧封的电磁发生装置参数及辊边结构进行了计算和分析 ;结果表明 ,对于高度为 0 .2m的熔池的电磁侧封 ,参数选取辊半径 0 .6m、电流 50 0 0～ 1 0 0 0 0A、线圈匝数 3～ 5匝 ;辊边开槽时 ,增大槽口宽度及考虑用高磁阻材料封堵槽口 ,有助于使磁场向熔池侧壁集中。Apparatus and its parameter design of steel strip casting with electromagnetic side dams are calculated and analyzed. The results show that, for 0.2m deep steel pool, it is needed with roll radius 0.6 m, electric current intensity 5 000～10 000 A, coil turns of 3～5 turns. Increasing the slot width and filling the slot with high magnetic resistance material is helpful for focusing the magnetic field on the steel pool side wall.
