摘  要:利用熔融Al合金基体与颗粒增强相(SiC及 Al2O3颗粒)在离心铸造条件下所受的离心力的不同,再通过调整其 它的工艺参数,利用水平式离心铸造机制备了3种具有不同强化部位(外层强化、内层强化以及内外层同时强化)的功能梯度复合 管.颗粒的3种分布方式使复合管的微观组织及显微硬度呈现了相应的梯度变化.强化部位的多样化可为功能梯度复合管的应用 开辟新的领域.Three kinds of aluminum alloy matrix functionally graded composite (FGC) tube reinforced by SiC or Al2O3 particles were manufactured by centrifugal casting method, which corresponded respectively to the particle-rich zones appearing in outer periphery, inner periphery and both of them. The later two kinds of tubes with non-general particle-rich distribution can be obtainded by adjusting technological parameters. The above particle graded distributions result in a graded distribution of the microstructure and microhardness. The variety of the distribution of particle-rich zones in FGC tube makes it possible to be applied in new areas.
