摘　　要：本文简要介绍马钢三钢厂异型坯连铸机工艺流程,一级、二级控制系统构成,重点介绍二级控制系统硬件和软件配置、特点、实现的主要功能,以及过程控制优化的实现。This article introduces in brief the process route, and the structures of Level 1 and Level 2 control systems. The configurations, characteristics and the main functions of hardware and software of Level 2 control system are described emphatically. And the practice of process control optimization is also reviewed.
