摘 要:研究了声场对 3种不同结晶形态的四钼酸铵结晶过程的影响 ,揭示了声场对钼酸铵溶液结晶的晶型、热化学性质和晶体形貌的影响规律。对于结晶速度较慢的反应体系 ,声场的影响非常显著 ,无声场作用下需 1~ 2天制得产物 ,而在声场作用下只需十几分钟即可完成 ,对于结晶速度较快的反应体系 ,声场的影响则相对不明显。声场对结晶产物的晶体形貌有显著的影响 ,无声场作用下制得的样品颗粒大而不均匀 ,声场作用下制得的样品颗粒细而均匀。The effect of ultrasonic on the crystallization of three kinds of ammonium tetramolybdates was studied. The crystalline, thermochemistry property and crystal morphology under ultrasonic were discussed. It is indicated that ultrasonic has a great effect on slow chemical reaction system. The crystallization time was shortened from 1~2 days to 10~20 minutes under ultrasonic and the crystal became more homogeneous under ultrasonic. Correspondingly, the ultrasonic has not so a great effect on quick chemical reaction system. Ultrasonic has obvious effect on crystal morphology invariably and the crystal became more homogeneous and small under ultrasonic.
