摘　　要：通过实际测量生物切片切削力,揭示出其切削力的变化特性。从变形理论入手分析了切削力(特别是负Fy力)的形成机理及其计算公式,并提出了防止由于负Fy力而引起啃刀现象的措施。This paper reveals the characteristics of the cutting forces in tissue section.Using the theory of plastic deformation,the forming mechanism of the cutting forces,especially the minus F y force,is systematically analyzed.And,as a result,the expressions for estimating the cutting forces are yielded.The methods for avoiding the slicing knife's cutting into the specimen which is induced by the minus F y force are also discussed.
