摘　　要：介绍了光纤通信系统中用薄膜技术制成的光定向耦合器 ,波分复用器等原理及制作方法。叙述了用薄膜滤光片技术改善 EDFA的传输特性。The principle and manufactured method of making optical directional coupler, wavelength division multiplexer using thin film technology in the optical communication system are introduced. Improving transmission property of EDFA with the technology of thin film filter is described.
