摘　　要：介绍了双金属锯带生产线的生产工艺流程和组成，阐述了生产线各控制系统的工作原理和组成部分。根据生产线的生产要求，提出以ＰＬＣ为核心单元，实现对整条生产线的过程控制。锯带牵引系统采用变频调速系统，调速精度高。结合生产线对控制系统的要求，设计了生产线过程控制软件。生产线运行表明：控制系统设计合理，工作可靠。This paper introduces technology requirments and configuration of bi-metal strip bi-metal strip production line,and de- scribes working principle and frame of control systems in the production line,According to working technology requirements of the production line,we bring forward PLC to control the production line's operation as key unit,and the frequency inverter to regulate the running speed of the saw strip.The regulating speed system has high precision,On the base of the requirements of control systems in the production line,we design control software of the production process.The operational results show that the systems work reliably and design manner is correct.
