摘  要:分析了颗粒悬浮过程及其动力,综述了结构因素(如釜底形状、搅拌桨型、气体分布器等)、操作因素(如搅拌转速、气体流量、颗粒分率等)及物性因素(颗粒直径、密度等)对下沉颗粒气液固三相体系的临界搅拌转速等工艺参数的影响,对不同的工艺情况推荐了适宜的结构因素。The progress on stirred mixing of gas-liquid-particle three-phase system was reviewed with 20 references. Process and impetus of suspension of particles were analyzed. The critical speeds were summarized. These characteristics were influenced by structure factors (shape of bottom of tank, impeller type and gas sparger), operational factors (rotational speed, gas rate and particle fraction) and property factors(particle diameter and density), et al. The appropriate structure factors were recommended for various technology cases.
