摘  要:本文介绍了一种用于大型土木工程结构的投影式光学挠度测量系统。该系统由激光器、光接收器件及其外围信号采集处理电路组成。光接收部分采用特殊的光电接收器件取代传统的CCD或PSD ,使测量范围得到扩大 ;外围电路部分采用现场可编程逻辑阵列FPGA器件作为核心。通过这种设计 ,系统的量程和可扩展性得到改善 ,实现了通道复用。实验室证明 ,系统的测量范围可以达到 2 10mm ,分辨率达到 0 .0 0 5mm 。In this paper,a novel system is developed for the measurement of deflection of large structures.This laser deflection meter system is composed of laser source?opto-receiver and its hardware circuit.The optoelectricreceiver has a special assembled opto-receiver substitute the commonly used opto-receiver such as CCD or PSD,and enlarges the measuring range of deflection.A simple digital interrogation circuit was adopted to process the output of receiver.The heart of the circuit is a Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)with mathematical and logic operations integrated in a single chip.This made the system extensive and flexible for measurement.An accuracy of 0.005mm with a measuring range of 210mm was demonstrated in laboratory.The system can be used to test in static and dynamic conditions.
