摘  要:二异丙醚是重要的有机溶剂,我国在化工、医药、化纤等行业年需求量4 kt左右,几乎全部依靠进口。目前国外大量使用的汽油添加剂为甲基叔丁基醚,由于存在污染水源、对人体有害等问题,其使用范围已逐步受到限制。二异丙醚具有辛烷值高、对环境污染小等优点,是取代甲基叔丁基醚的理想汽油添加剂。丙烯制二异丙醚工艺简单,经济效益显著,是丙烯合理应用的有效途径之一。Diisopropyl ether (DIPE) is an important solvent, has demand of about 4 thousands tons per year at home and almost depends on import. The petrol additive now largely used at abroad are MTBE. Because MTBE is proved to pollute water sources and be harmful to human body, its uses are gradually limited. DIPE is an ideal petrol additive to replace MTBE for its higher octane number and less pollution. Process of producing DIPE from propylene is one of effective routes to use propylene and has obvious economic profits.
