摘　　要：介绍了一种面向基于我国电力部标准“DL／T645－1997多功能表通信规约”的电度表无线抄表系统的开发与设计。该系统具有远程抄表、盗电（失压）报警、供（断）电远程控制、无表读取当前压流值等多种功能。文章给出了系统的通信协议，硬件组成框图，软件流程。：This paper introduce a multifunctional automatic meter reading system developed for a kind of power meter based on DL／T645－1997 multifunctional meter communication specification．This system has several function such as meter remote reading power theft alarming，power UP／OFF remote control getting magnitude of voltage ＆ current，etc ．The paper provided the communication specification，diagram of hardware ＆ software of the system．
