摘  要:采用复合氧化物LaFeO3,C2 H2 为碳源 ,合成了高纯度的碳纳米管 ,考察了温度对产量的影响。利用TEM、HRTEM、XRD、Raman等手段对所制备的纳米碳管进行了观察和表征。碳纳米管管径均匀、石墨化程度较高 。ABO 3 type mixed oxide, LaFeO 3, was prepared by means of citric acid complexing method. Nano scale Fe particles could be obtained after reduction. The carbon nanotubes were obtained using LaFeO 3 oxides as catalyst precursor from C 2H 2 decomposition. The product yield was affected by the reaction temperature, the highest yield was at 873K. The morphology of obtained carbon nanotubes has been examined by transmission electron microscopy. High resolution transmission electron microscopy image and Raman spectrum of carbon nanotubes show they are mainly multi-walled nanotubes with a better degree of graphitization.
