摘 要:研究根据提高云母层间结合强度的构想 ,研制以钙云母为主相可切削微晶玻璃。以钙云母和氧化锆为主相的微晶玻璃 ,具有棒状、长径比大、相互交错的晶粒 ;强度 184MPa ,断裂韧性 2 .17MPa·m1/ 2 ,比目前临床用VITA提高了一倍 ,切削性能优良 ;材料的断裂和加工断口主要是云母层间的解理断裂和准解理断裂 ;故切削面光滑 ,易于保证加工的精度。In this study , according to the design of increasing bonding strength between interlayers, phlogopite type calcium mica glass ceramic has been developed .The strength of machinable glass ceramics mainly containing Ca phlogopite and zirconia is 184MPa, fracture toughness is 2.17MPa·m 1/2 ,which are much more one times than VITA, a kind of commercial medical machinable glass ceramics .The machinablity is good .SEM shows, mica crystals are rod shaped, with larger aspect ratio than 10 and interlocking. The section plane of rupture and machining fracture mainly are cleavage and like cleavage fracture between mica layers, therefore smooth surface were made during machining and tolerance is easily realized. The feature of fracture illuminates intrinsically reinforcement is increasing bond strength between interlayers.
