摘　　要：分析某高层公寓工程在特定条件下应用大直径锤直沉管混凝土灌注桩基础 ,桩基施工的工期缩短。This paper introduce some successful experiences in using the foundation of the big drameter driven pile- sinking tube to improve benefit and effect from shortening the site hut and saving investment.
