摘　　要：通过对一夏热冬冷地区旧居民楼墙体外保温改造实例的分析与计算 ,说明保温材料的选择、自然通风方案的确定对室内热舒适度的影响 .提出墙体保温与隔热的建议 .This paper gives an example analyzing and calculating the change of the heat preservation of wall surface. Then the factors influencing the comfort condition, for example, the selection of insulating material and decision of the nature ventilating method are discussed. How to make the heat preservation and heat insulation of wall in the area of hot in summer and cold in winter has been presented.
