摘 要:2,4-二氯氟苯是合成广谱抗菌药环丙氟哌酸的有机中间体,随着环丙氟哌酸消费量逐年增加,国内外2,4-二氯氟苯需求上升。本文概述了一种2,4-二氯氟苯生产新工艺,其特征是以廉价的对氯硝基苯为原料,经氟代得到对氟硝基苯,继而氯化制得3-氯-4-氟硝基苯,再高温氯代制得2,4-二氯氟苯。粗品2,4-二氯氟苯经精馏含量可达99.5%,总收率以对氯硝基苯计达70.7%。新工艺具有安全可靠、三废量少、成本较低、产品纯度高等优点,与其他生产路线相比有较强的竞争力。2,4-Dichlorofluorobenzene is an organic intermediate for synthesizing ciprofloxacin, a broad-spectrum antibiotics. With the increasing consumption of ciprofloxacin demand for 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene is increasing at home and a-broad. This article gives a general description of a new technology to produce 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene, which is based on a cheap raw material p-chloronitrobenzene, fluorinates it into p-fluoronitrobenzene and then produces 3-chloro-4-fluoro-nitro-benzne through chlorination, then generate 3-chloro-4-fluoro-nitrobenzne at high temperature through chlorination to obtain 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene. After rectifying the purity of crude 2,4-dichlorofluorobenzene may reach 99. 5% and the total yield is 70.7% calculated on p-chloronitrobenzene. New technology has characteristics such as safety, low three wastes, low cost, high purity and is more competitive compared with other technologies.
