摘  要:本文介绍了多产柴油催化剂 CC- 2 0 D与高效助辛并增产液化气助剂 CA- 1 0 0在克拉玛依石化厂重催装置上的混合应用情况。结果表明 CC- 2 0 D具有增产柴油效果明显、抗污染能力强、产品选择性好等优点 ;CA- 1 0 0提高辛烷值和增产液化气能力强。使用 CC- 2 0 D并配合使用 3%的 CA- 1 0 0时 ,柴油产率提高 3.2 7wt% ,液化气提高 1 .9wt% ,总液收提高 1 .81 wt% ,汽油 RON提高 1 .7,MON提高 0 .8。Combined application of CC 20D(for increasing diesel oil yield)and CA 100(for enhancing octane number and LPG yield)catalysts in a reforming unit at Karamay Pertrochemical Works was described.Run results showed that CC 20D was featured by capacity of considerably increasing diesel oil production,strong resistance to contamination and good selectivity to product,while CA 100 catalyst exhibited strong capacity for enhancing octane number and LPG yield.When CC 20D was used with 3% of CA 100,yield of diesel oil was inhanced by 3 27wt%,yield of LPG by 1 9wt%,overall liquid yield by 1 81wt%,RON of gasoline by 1 7 and MON of gasoline by 0 8,respectively.
