摘 要:利用热喷涂方法在铝板表面制作了锆酸钙热障涂层 ,结合X射线衍射结构分析和金相组织分析 ,探讨了不同工艺方法对涂层质量的影响。研究表明 ,在等离子喷涂中锆酸钙部分分解成氧化锆和氧化钙 ,在火焰喷涂中锆酸钙几乎不分解 ;两种喷涂过程中锆酸钙均能保持氧化锆高温正方相结构 ,抑制了氧化锆高温可逆相变 ,消除了因氧化锆相变造成的涂层内应力 ,从而改善涂层与基体的结合状况 ;等离子喷涂雾化充分 。The CaZrO 3 thermal barrier coating is produced on pure aluminium by the thermal spray processes.With the help of X-ray diffraction (XRD) phase analysis and metallographic analysis, the effects of different processes on the quality of the coating are studied.The results show that CaZrO 3 powder partly diffracts to ZrO 2 and CaO during the plasma sparying,and the diffraction of the powder is seldom occured during the flame sparying.During both of thermal sprayings, CaZrO 3 powder keep hexagonal structure of ZrO 2 at high temperature,thus restrain ZrO 2 reversible phase transformation at 1000℃,and eliminats the internal stress of the coating because of phase transformation,as a result,the binding conditions are improved between the coating and the substate.Because the powder is been well atomized during the plasma sparying,the quality of the coating is obviously better than the coating by the flame sparying.
