摘　　要：通过对导势油加热炉结焦原因进行分析，指出在运行中应往意控制好导热油的流 速及温度，并提出其它的监控措施以防结焦。Basing on the analysis for the cause of solid deposit, the conclusion is reached that velocity and temperature must be controlled during operation of the heater with thermal oil. And other coun- termeasures have been put forward to prevent solid deposit.
