摘  要:研究了双(3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基丙基)四硫化物(Si 69)对炭黑增强NR/BR/NBR共混物硫化特性、物理机械性能、滚动阻力以及动态力学行为的影响。结果表明:Si 69在炭黑增强体系中抑制硫化,延长了共混物的焦烧、正硫化,减慢了硫化速率。Si 69可提高炭黑增强NR/BR/NBR硫化胶的拉伸强度、300%定伸应力、降低滚动阻力,但同时使撕裂强度下降。硫化胶性能的改变主要和Si 69的偶联作用有关,Si 69改善了炭黑与橡胶间的相互作用,增加了体系的交联密度,当Si 69/炭黑的质量比为8/100时,硫化胶的拉伸强度和300%定伸应力最大,滚动阻力最小。The influence of bis(3-trithoxysilicylpropyl)-tetrasulfide (Si 69) on the curing characteristics, mechanical properties, rolling resistance and dynamical mechanical behavior of carbon black filled NR/BR/NBR compounds was studied. The results showed that the vulcanization were restrained when Si 69 was added to the compounds, therefore, scorch time and optimum cure time of compounds were prolonged, and cure rate was slowed down. Improved properties including tensile strength, 300% modulus, rolling resistance of vulcanizates were also obtained whereas tear strength was reduced. Changes of vulcanizate properties were attributed to the coupling effect of Si 69, which improved carbon black/rubber interaction and increased the crosslinking density of vulcanizates. When the mass ratio of Si 69/carbon black was 8/100, the maximum values of tensile strength and 300% modulus along with the lowest rolling resistance of vulcanizates were achieved.
