用石灰乳提纯亚硝酸钙工艺条件研究

摘　　要：研究确定了用石灰乳提纯含NaCl的亚硝酸钙产品的最佳工艺条件 ,即 :Ca(OH) 2 /Ca(NO2 ) 2 摩尔比为 1 .2∶1 ,沉淀反应的加热搅拌温度和时间分别是 >90℃、>3 0min ,水解反应的温度和时间分别是沸腾、2 0min。经过一次提纯操作 ,产品中的Ca(NO2 ) 2 含量可由 89%提高到 97% ,或由 92 %提高到 98%。The optimum process parameters of purifying Ca(NO 2) 2 were determined by this study, the mole ratio of Ca(OH) 2 to Ca(NO 2) 2 is 1.2∶1, the heating-up and stirring-up time of sediment reaction is (or more than) 30 minutes with a temperature equal to (or more than) 90 ℃, the time and temperature of hydrolysis reaction respectively are 20 minutes at boiling. Through one purifying treating process, the Ca(NO 2) 2 content in products is raised from 89 % to 97 % or 92 % to 98 % respectively.
