摘　　要：对烟酸肌醇合成过程中反应温度、溶剂吡啶含水量等因素对收率的影响作了探讨 ,结果表明 ,酰氯化反应温度 40℃～ 45℃ ,吡啶含水量≤ 0 2 % 。The effects of reaction temperature,the aqueous content of pyridine as solvent and stirring speed on the yield of inositol hexanicotinate was deseribed.The optimum reaction condition was acylation halide temperature 40 ℃～45 ℃,aqueous content of pyridine≤ 0.2%,stirring speed 200 rpm～ 300 rpm.
