摘 要:分别阻断小鼠 β1 和 β2 AR后进行了加速胰岛素低血糖休克的研究。结果表明 ,对照组的休克率为 4 7 3 % ,潜伏期为 (1 64 8± 3 1 9)min ;阻断 β1 AR组的休克率增加到 74 % (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,潜伏期减少到(1 4 3 8± 4 5 6)min (P <0 0 5 ) ;阻断 β2 AR组的休克率降低到 1 5 3 % (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,潜伏期为 (1 4 9 3±4 9 1 )min (P >0 2 )。证明阻断 β1 AR可加速小鼠的胰岛素低血糖休克 ,而阻断 β2The study of accelerating insulinogenic hypoglycemia shock was conducted after blocking β 1-AR and β 2 AR separately.The results were as follow,the incidence of shock and the incubation period in control group was respectively 47 3% and (164 8±31 9) min. while these index in blocking β 1 AR group respectively increased to 74%( P <0 005) and decreased to (143 8±45 6) min ( P <0 05), and these in blocking β 2 AR group respectively decreased to 15 3%( P <0 005) and was (149 3± 49 1) min ( P >0 2).The results indicate that insulinogenic hypoglycemia shock of rat can be accelerated after blocking β 1 AR,but it can be delayed after blocking β 2 AR.
