昆明机场致倦库蚊生态习性研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察昆明机场优势蚊种致倦库蚊 (Culexquinquefascitatus)成蚊和幼虫的季节消长、叮人率、滋生类型等有关生态习性。方法 :用吸蚊管捕捉。结果 :该蚊成蚊密度高峰为 7月份〔6 96只 / (人·夜 )〕 ,夜间活动主要在 0～ 1时 ;幼虫以水沟为主要滋生地 ,占 83 .70 %。结论 :在致倦库蚊密度高峰前 (4月份 )采取综合防制措施 。Objective:To study the ecological habit of Culex piniens quinquefascitatus in Kunming airport, Yunnan province. Methods:At different time the density of Culex piniens quinquefascitatus was serveyed in the airport. Result:It was studied that ecological habit (seasonal fluctuation, MBR,breeding type) of adults and larvae of Culex piniens quinquefascitatus which is a species of superior mosquito at Kunming airport. The peak period of adult mosquito density was July every year.The main active time was from 12∶00 P.M. to 1∶00 A.M. Ditches were the main breeding places of mosquito larvae which was taken 83.70%. Conclusion:It is the best effect in controlling the density of Culex piniens quinquefascitatus in the airport before April in a year.
