摘　　要：神经系统的正常发育依赖于细胞与局部环境间复杂的相互作用，这种相互作用受几种细胞粘附分子的介导。神经系统表达多种粘附分子，它们在神经管形成、神经元迁移、迁移后分化，以及成熟神经元结构维持中具有相当重要的作用。另外，细胞粘附分子还促进接触依赖性细胞间连接的形成。The normal development of the neurosystem depends on the interaction between cell and local environment.These interactions are mediated by several cell adhension molecules. Cell adhension molecules play an important role in the formation of neural tube,migration of neu- ron,differentiation after migraion and maintaining the structure of mature neuron.Morever,they can promote the establishment of contact-dependent cell-cell junction.
