大鼠三叉神经本体感觉中枢通路二、三级核团内Parvalbumin样阳性神经元突触联系的电镜研究

摘  要:本教研室以往的研究证实 Parvalbum in样免疫阳性细胞广泛分布于三叉神经本体感觉中枢四级通路的各级中继核团 ,其中有 30 %~ 5 0 %为投射神经元。本研究应用电镜免疫组织化学技术进一步对此通路第二、三级神经元所在地的 Parvalbumin样阳性神经元及其纤维和终末的突触联系进行了观察。结果显示 Parvalbum in样阳性结构主要形成以下几种突触联系 :( 1) Par-valbumin样阳性轴突与 Parvalbumin样阳性胞体或树突形成轴 -体或轴 -树突触 ,其中以非对称性突触为主 ,对称性突触较少 ;( 2 )Parvalbumin样阳性轴突分别与 Parvalbumin样阴性神经元的胞体或树突形成轴 -体或轴 -树突触 ,这些突触联系以对称性为主 ,非对称性大约占 30 %左右 ;( 3) Parvalbumin样阴性终末与 Parvalbumin样阳性树突形成以对称性为主的轴 -树突触 ,这种突触大约占所有突触联系的 5 0 %。以上结果表明 :面口部本体感觉信息由三叉神经中脑核神经元向丘脑腹后内侧核传递的过程中 ,Par-valbumin样阳性轴突终末可通过突触传导机制而兴奋或抑制二。Previous reports of our department have showed that Parvalbumin (PV) like immunoreactive(PV LI) neurons were observed in the relay nuclei on the central four orders pathway of the trigeminal proprioceptive sensation, and about 30%~50% of PV LI neurons were projection neurons. The present study examined that the synaptic connections of PV like immunoreactive neuronal cell bodies, fibers and terminals on the second /third order nuclei of this pathway by using electron microscopic immunohistochemical method. Under electron microscope, several predominant kinds of synaptic connections of PV LI were observed: (1) PV like positive axon terminals were observed to be in axon somatic or axon dendric synaptic contacts with PV like immunoreactive neuronal cell bodies and dendrites. And in all of the synapses the asymmetrical synapses are predominated. (2) PV like positive axon terminals were in axon somatic or axon dendric synaptic contacts with PV negative cell bodies and dendrites. In all of them, the symmetric synapses were predominant though the asymmetrical synapses were about 30%. (3) PV negative axon terminals were also found to make synapse most frequently on PV LI dendritic profiles and the symmetrical synapse is predominant. These synaptic contacts were about 50% in all kinds of synapses. The present result supports the suggestion that some PV like immunoreactive axon terminals may play important roles by the mechanism of synaptic transmission to excite or inhibit those relay neurons mediating proprioceptive signals from the mesencephalic trigeminal nucleus to the ventral posteromedial nucleus of thalamus.
