上海、北京房地产指数的实证分析

摘　　要：文章对中房上海、北京城市指数的分布状况、季节变动以及发展趋势等特征进行了研究;并运用相关分析、回归分析以及主成份分析等方法,对这两个城市的房地产指数以及它们与中国房地产股票指数、中国零售物价指数之间的相关关系进行了分析研究,揭示了两个城市房地产市场发展的规律。This paper studies the status of distribution seasonal changes and the trendy development of the CREIS in Beijing and Shanghai and analyses the relationship between CREIS and China Real Estate Stock Exchange Index CRESE and China Commodity Retail Index CCRI using relevant analysis methods regression analysis methods and main component analysis methods.
