错层式住宅建筑设计探讨

摘　　要：错层式住宅打破了传统普通住宅单调的平面形式 ,将住宅室内休息区与起居区通过地坪的高差相区分 ,把室内居住环境空间化、层次化 ,使功能区更合理 ,公私分明 。Split-level dwelling is different from the traditional plane ones.It makes the indoor space spatial distribation by setting the bed rooms and sitting rooms at different layers,which separates the rest place from actings,privacy from public and makes the functions of each more reasonable.
