摘　　要：从生产实际要求出发 ,详细介绍了铸件浇冒口机械冲切清理设备系统与结构布局、模具与工装的设计 ,并对工艺要点进行了分析。In view of actual production requirement, system and layout of mechanical punching and dressing equipment for runner and rising heads of castings, design of molds and workholders are introduced in detail; and analysis is given on the technical essentials. Practices have proven that one-shot mechanical dressing process has many advantages over the manual one.
