摘  要:YMB—50S型隔爆三相异步电动机是为国产第一台电牵引采煤机MG62—D型采煤机配套的截割主电机。在研制过程中采用了优选电磁方案、端盖浮动结构、四角强制水冷等措施收到了较好效果,使其外形尺寸和电气性能在同类电机中处于先进行列。本文较详细地分析介绍了这些技术措施。Type YMB-50S explosion-proof 3-phase. asynchronous motor is the first homeproduced motor for mating the Type MG62-D. shearer as a main cutting motor. In course of manufacturing, the optimized electromagnetic plan, the floating structure of top cover and the forced water-cooling on four corners, etc. are used and met with good results. The dimension and electric characteristic of which are in advanced technology among the motors in same category, for which the paper analyses in detail.
