摘　　要：系统地介绍了金属喷镀快速制作模具的原理、方法与控制喷镀质量的措施 ,以及金属喷镀模具的结构及制作过程 .此方法对于快速制作模具 ,缩短新产品开发周期 ,提高企业的市场竞争力 ,都具有十分现实的意义 .The paper gives a survey of the principle and methodology of rapid manufacturing dies by metal plating and the ways of controlling plating quality as well as metal plating die structure and its manufacturing process. The methodology has a great practical significance in rapid manufacturing dies,shortening development cycle of news products and improving market competition of enterprises at the present society.
