摘　　要：MG62——D型电牵引采煤机是一种适应于特薄煤层的机组,其电气系统比较复杂,空间又严格受限,给系统的保护环节设置带来许多困难。该机组用一系列简单措施实现了系统及元器件的保护。保护环节结构简明、所需元件少、可靠性高。经工业性试验和生产检验,能满足实际使用的要求。本文对有关保护措施进行了详细分析。Type MG 62-D etectrically-hauled multi-motor shearer is a kind of machines suitabte to extremely thin seam, its electric system is rather comptex and the space is strictly timited so there is a tot of difficulties in setting up the protective Links of the system. This machine uses a series of simple measures to realize the protection of system and elements and components. The structure of protective links are simple and clear, elements and components needed are few, retiability is high. Through industrial test and production checking, it can meet the needs of the actuat application. This artical analyses the relative protective measures in detail.
