摘  要:盐碱、干旱、极端温度等逆境条件是影响植物生长的重要因素.以抑制消减杂交及差式库的筛选对盐藻(Dunaliella  salina)在高渗胁迫下特异表达基因片段进行了克隆.比较长期(1周,LS)及短期(16  h,SS)NaCI胁迫条件下基因表达情况,前者克隆到2个特异表达片段,后者也为2个.通过测序及GeneBank中进行同源搜索,均未有可靠的同源性结果.可以初步认为,以上得到的4个。DNA可能是新基因或此片段不在保守区内.Adversity, such as salinity, aridity and extreme temperature, is an important factor to affect plant growth. In the present study, some cDNAs of the specially expressing genes of Dunaliella salina under hyperosmotic shock were cloned by suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) and differentially screening of subtracted library. The differentially expression genes under salt stress for a longer phase (1 week, LS) were compared to those for a shorter phase( 16 hour, SS). Two cDNA clones were obtained from the former treatment and 3 clones from the latter treatment. After sequencing and homogeneity search in GeneBank, no reliable homogeneity results were found. It seems tentatively that they are probably novel genes or the fragments which are not located in the conservation domain.
