摘　　要：附加标注信息的语音数据库在语音识别研究中的作用十分重要。本文介绍了我们开发的维吾尔语语音数据库手工标注系统的功能及其在实现过程中采用的一些技术 。The speech sounds data base with labeling information is very important in the recognition of speech sounds. In this paper, we introduces the labeling system of speech sounds data base and some technologies used in the process of realization.It also clarifies the theory about speech sounds labeling.and its importance to the speech sounds data Base.
