摘 要:讨论了掺Sm、pr的MnBi合金薄膜的结构、磁性和磁光性能。实验表明,经过退火处理(375℃-425℃/2-4h),样品形成MnBi晶体结构。掺杂含量x=0.1-0.25,样品具有较大的Kerr角(θKmax=2.57°),内禀矫顽力MHC=1.5-5.6KOe,剩余磁化强度Or=30.0-52.3KOe,乘磁比r=0.88-0.98。磁光谱表明,随着掺杂含量的增大,MnBi样品Kerr角的极大值向长波方向移动。在变温过程中,样品的矫顽力随温度上升而增大,在薄膜(d<250nm)情况下矫顽力以形机制为主。The struture、 magnetic and magneto-optical properties of the Sm,Pr-doped MnBi thin films are reported. The analyses by X-ray diffraction of these films show that the crystal structure composed mainly of MnBi hcp is formed after annealed at 375℃ -425℃ for 2 to 4h in a vacuum of 2× 10-6 Torr, and the structure of MnBiSm(Pr) alloy which is much similar to the MnBi may be existed for the MnBi films doped with Sm, Pr. The torque curve and the hysteresis loop show that the films possess perpendicular anisotropy. The magneto-optical spectra show that doping with a RE element(x=0. 1-0. 25) into MnBi films can strongly enhance the Kerr rotation angle θk(θkmax= 2. 57°). The magnetization σs is 27. 5-54. 3 emu/g, Hc = 1. 5-5. 4 KOe,σr=26. 5-49. 5emu/g,r = 0. 88-0. 98. The magneto-optical properties show that the frequency corresponding to the maximum θk shifts to low frequency as Sm, Pr component increase. The intrinsic coercivity increases with a rise in temperature.
