摘 要:高强度可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷是近年来材料研究的热点之一.所谓可切削性,即可以用普通切削刀具以传统的方法进行机械加工.因此这类材料可制成形状复杂的植入体.尤其是制作人工种植牙和人工骨关节等.针对目前临床应用的各种陶瓷材料不尽人意,存在许多问题,尤其在力学性能方面.本论文的研究工作主要是通过定量研究材料的可切削性能,寻找适合医学方面应用不同强度、硬度及加工性能的材料.Recently, glass - ceramics of machinability and bioluminescence has been the hotdiscussion of material research. This kind of glass - ceramics has two important characteristics.One is machi -nabillity, and the other is bioluminescence. Machinability is the property of a mate-rial which governs the ease or difficulty with which a material can be machined by a traditionalcutting tool. Bioluminescence means the material ca be comined with human bones. So it can bemade into man - made tooth and all kinds of bone - joint. Glass - ceramics of machinability and bi-oluminescence is a kind of new material which is developed in order to meet the meeds of the ma-ted of man - made bone in modern medicine. So it will be used extensively in medical field.So far, the glass - ceramics used in clinic exist a lot of problems , especialy un mechanical function function. The aim of the thesis is to look forthe suitable glass -cermics which can bemachined easily by quantitatively researching its machinability in order that it can be used inmedicine.
