摘　　要：资本包括物质资本和人力资本。本文对人力资本概念进行了重新界定 ,在此基础上 ,分析了西方资本动力论从物质资本决定论向人力资本决定论的演变轨迹 ,提出物质资本和人力资本的作用具有阶段性特征。由于中国现阶段尚处于工业化中期 ,因而物质资本仍是经济增长的第一推动力。The capital is made up of physical capital and human capital. After putting forward a new point of view about the conception of human capital, this thesis analyzes the development from physical capital fundamentalism to human capital fundamentalism and thinks the function of physical capital and human capital is different in different stages. Because China is in the midterm of industrialization now, the physical capital is still the first effect in economic growth.
