RP-HPLC同时测定复方氟罗沙星栓中氟罗沙星和替硝唑的含量

摘　　要：目的 :测定复方氟罗沙星栓中氟罗沙星和替硝唑的含量。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP-HPLC) ,以ODS-C18 色谱柱分离 ,以0 05mol/L柠檬酸 -乙腈 (65∶35 ,用三乙胺调pH为4 0)为流动相 ,流速为0 8ml/L ,外标法定量 ,检测波长为300nm。结果 :氟罗沙星在9 92～79.36μg/ml,替硝唑在20 32～162 56μg/ml的浓度范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,r分别为0 9974、0 9995,平均回收率分别为101 6%、100 1 % ,RSD分别为1 4 %、1 2 %。结论 :方法简便、快速、准确 。OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of fleroxacin and tinidazole in compound fleroxacin suppository METH_ODS:RP-HPLC was used,the detecting conditions:ODS-C18 column;mobile phase,0 05mol/L lemon acid-acetonitrile(65∶35),was modulated to pH=4 0 with triethylamine;flow rate 0 8ml/min;external standard method;detective wavelength 300nm RESULTS:Linear ranges were 9 92～79 36μg/ml(for fleroxacin) 20 32～162 56μg/ml(for tinidazole) respectively wh_ere the peak areas were correlative with the concentrations,r=0 9 974 and 0 9 995 The average recoveries were 101 6% and 100 1% and RSDs was 1 4% and 1 2% respectively CONCLUSION:This detecting method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for determination of the contents of this preparation
