摘  要:本文采用孔隙结构测定装置及加压热天平测定了不同品位煤焦、除灰煤焦、不同基碳转化率时残焦的比表面积及孔隙分布、气化反应比速率。认为低品位煤焦比表面积及分支孔容丰富、其灰分有强烈催化作用是气化反应性高的内在因素,高品位煤焦能参于反应的表面积小及不足的分支孔容造成扩散阻力大是导致反应性低的内在因素。在气化过程中气化反应比速率及比表面积、孔容随基碳转化率增加而增大,在达到某个转化率时均出现最高值,之后随基碳的消耗而下降、不同品位煤焦有不同的最高值和达到最高值时的基碳转化率不同。低品位的脱灰煤焦由于去除了有强烈催化作用的灰分、气化反应性明显下降、高品位煤焦除灰后由于比表面积及孔容增加,减少了扩散阻力气化反应比速率比除灰前有所提高。The paper reported that the specific surface, the pore-size distribution and the specific reaction rate of gasification of coal chars with different rank, ash-free coal chars and residue chars with different base carbon conversion rate were measured with a porosity apparatus and a pressurized thermo-balance. The results show that the low rank coal chars have the higher gasification reactivity because of the internal factors of their richer specific surface, richer branch pore volume and the strong catalytic influences of mineral matter. The high rank coal chars have less reaction surface and unsufficient branch pore volume, as the internal factors, to make the bigger diffusion resistance and lower reactivity. During gasification, the specific reaction rate of gasification, the specific surface and the pore volume increase with the increase of the base carbon conversion rate; and then they reach maximum values under a certain base carbon conversion rate; after that they decrease with the conversion rate. To every coal char there correspond a conversion rate and their maximum values. The gasification reactivity of low rank coal char deashed decreases obviously because of removing ash having strong catalysis. The high rank coal chars deashed have the higher reaction rate of gasification than before because the specific surface, pore volume of the increase to reduce the diffusion resistance.
