摘　　要：中国地震局分析预报中心技术部局域网的网站构建以 FRONTPAGE98为主要开发工具 ,以 HTML和 DHTML为主要开发语言 ,以 IBM F4.0 AIX3 .0为网站服务器 ,以 NETSCAPESUITE为 Web服务器 ,提供了 HTTP和拨号访问二种服务。同时还运用了 JAVA、Java Script语言为网站提供各种 HTML、DHTML所无法实现的扩展功能。并从网站的总体设计思想、设计过程与技术细节来阐述整个网站的设计过程。A systematic approach to design and implement the WWW of Local Area Network of the Technical Department, Center for Analysis and Prediction, CSB is described in this paper. It discusses the ideas of general design, the key techniques and the skill of implementation. As an example, the WWW of former computer networking center of the China Seismological Bureau (CSB) by the approach, where HTML and DHTML are employed as design languages, IBM F40 AIX 3.0 is employed as OS of Web server, NETSCAPE SUITE is employed as Web server, provided two services named HTTP and Dial Access. Other languages, such as JAVA and JavaScript, are applied to implement special functions that can be implemented by languages HTML and DHTML.
