摘　　要：将网络流量费用按用户进行归类、汇总 ,并将结果用电子邮件发给用户是网络中心一项费时、费力而又容易出错的常规工作。利用 VB6 .0开发网络收费软件的设计思路和实现方法 ,其中主要包括数据库结构设计 ;利用 ADO(Active X Data Object)添加数据库记录、查询数据库和生成结果 ;利用 MAPI控件 (MAPISession和 MAPIMessages控件 )发送电子邮件 ;以及利用系统注册表存取数据等技术。It is a time-consuming, strenuous and fallible routine task for a network center to assort and sum up the network flow fee by users and to send the results to users by e-mail. This article introduces a method for designing and implementing network-charging software by using VB6.0. The related programming techniques include: designing the database structure; adding records to database, querying database and creating the results by using ADO (Active X Data Object); sending e-main by using MAPI controls (MAPISession and MAPIMessages); and accessing data by using system registry etc.
