摘　　要：[目的 ]探讨多巴酚丁胺加阿托品负荷试验99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病的诊断价值 .[方法 ]采用分级递增多巴酚丁胺负荷量和多巴酚丁胺加用阿托品介入的方法对 2 2例冠状动脉性心脏病患者进行99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像 .[结果 ]单用多巴酚丁胺和多巴酚丁胺加阿托品负荷试验99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像对冠状动脉性心脏病的敏感性分别为 81% ( 18/2 2 )和 95 % ( 2 1/2 2 ) ,在试验过程中未发现严重不良反应 .[结论 ]多巴酚丁胺负荷试验99mTc MIBI心肌断层显像时 ,加用阿托品可进一步提高因不同原因达不到预计心率的冠状动脉性心脏病患者诊断敏感性 ,并安全、有效 .OBJECTIVE?To study the diagnostic value of dobutamine-atropine 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease.?METHODS?The myocardial perfusion imaging was performed by intravenous injection of 99m Tc-MIBI at increasing dobutamine dose grade and intervention of dobutamine and atropine. ?RESULTS?The sensitivity of dobutamine and dobutamine-atropine 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging for coronary artery disease were 81%(18/22) and 95%(21/22) respectively, and the severity adverse reaction could not be found during the whole process of examination. ?CONCLUSION? After adding atropine, the dobutamine 99m Tc-MIBI myocardial perfusion imaging can raise the sensitivity of diagnosis and that is a safety and effective method for the patients with coronary artery disease which cann't live up to advance heart rate because of different cause.
